Brad Wealand brings 25+ years of business development, capture, proposal management, and consulting experience to his role driving RG growth. His career has spanned both public and private sector focused work within and on behalf of large and small companies alike across the federal, state and local government services market and within commercial markets including pharmaceuticals, telecom/networking, and IT consulting.
In his years with RG, Brad has led RG’s pipeline development efforts and driven our proposal development process across all business units. Brad continues to look for ways to improve the process, solve challenges, streamline execution, and utilize new tools to collaborate more effectively with operational directors and their staff regarding opportunity management and priorities.
Before joining RG, Brad previously supported Accenture’s proposal management efforts both as an employee and as a consultant with premier business capture and proposal management firm, SM&A. Within these roles, Brad enjoyed a 90% win-rate on a revenue basis, while qualifying for final consideration/BAFO on 85% of the efforts supported. He previously spent time with Cisco Systems in sales strategy, sales operations, and strategic account management roles. Earlier in his career, Brad was a consultant, business analyst, IT manager for the likes of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Dell Computer Corp, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), as well as Business Development Director and VP of Consulting at boutique technology consulting firms.
Brad has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bucknell University.
